Jackery Technology GmbH warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Jackery product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth Jackery's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authaorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

The warranty period for Jackery power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Jackery official website customers enjoy automatic extended warranty service, other customers can click here to register and apply for extended warranty.

Jackery will replace (at Jackery's expense) any Jackery product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

The warranty on Jackery's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Jackery's warranty does not apply to:

·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature.

·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility

·Any product purchased through an online auction house.

·Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

All orders on Jackery's Official Website will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed, normally using GLS-EU - with the shipping time in the following states, taking 3-6 working days: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, the shipping time in remote areas will be extended. Additional shipping fees will be applied to package shipments destined for certain areas designated as Remote. A Delivery Area Surcharge of €50 per package will be applied to shipments toward these countries: Greece, Malta.

・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.

・The portable power supply and solar panels cannot be shipped together. Note: if you ordered all items together, they may be shipped in separate packages.

Does the Jackery official website support installment payments?

Jackery offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Jackery.com. We are confident that you will love your new Jackery product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

To return an item, please contact us or email hello.eu@jackery.com during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

You have purchased the product directly from Jackery.com. You contact Jackery and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.

 If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Jackery reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Jackery does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.

Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Jackery will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Jackery at hello.eu@Jackery.com for assistance.

2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.

RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Jackery. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
