Shipping policy


Shipping Area

We currently offer free delivery to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, and Romania. Additional shipping fees will be applied to package shipments destined for certain areas designated as Remote. A Delivery Area Surcharge of 50€ per package will be applied to shipments toward these countries: Greece, and Malta. We are sorry, but we do not ship to Cyprus.

Shipping Fee & Time

Orders usually deliver within 3-6 business days after checkout. However, the delivery time may be postponed in the event of boosting orders or harsh weather. If such an event occurs, we shall let you know immediately via email.
Please note that we temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date.

Shipping Carrier

We use GLS-EU as our carrier for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact GLS-EU.

Shipping Address

Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery. Once your order has been placed, changing your address is no longer possible.

If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you.

Please note addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

Shipping Information

Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.

Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it will be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 5-7 days for you to receive your order. However, please contact us via email at hello.eu@jackery.com if you have not received it within this timeframe. We'll be happy to help.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before it's shipped. You'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully cancelled. However, if the product you ordered has been shipped out, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. Please contact us via email hello.eu@jackery.com for a return and refund once you receive it.
