  • If I purchase the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 as a standalone product, will I need any additional accessories?

    The AC cable for charging from a power outlet is included, and all accessories needed for this charging method are provided. The cable for charging from a solar panel is included with the panel, so no additional cable is required. However, if more than three panels need to be connected, a 'Solar Panel Connector' (sold separately) is required. Additionally, if you wish to charge via a car's cigarette lighter socket, you'll need the 'Car Charging Cable' (sold separately).

  • How long can I use a 3000Wh portable power supply?

    The 3000Wh portable power supply is designed to run for extended periods, whether outdoors or during emergencies. It can power not only a refrigerator and a TV for several hours but also multiple high-power devices, such as an air conditioner, microwave oven, and electric kettle, simultaneously. For instance, an air conditioner can operate for about 2.5 hours, a refrigerator for 1 to 2 days, and an electric blanket for approximately 30 hours.

  • Is the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 fireproof? What is the fire resistance level of its exterior material?

    The Jackery E3000 V2 is made from durable materials and has passed the necessary safety certifications, but it is not fully fireproof. Exposure to temperatures above 130°C (265°F) may pose risks such as fire or explosion.

  • Is the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 expandable? Can I increase its capacity?

    No, the Jackery E3000 V2 is a standalone system and does not support additional expansion batteries. If you need expandable capacity, you can choose our 2000 Plus or 1000 Plus series, which allow for battery expansion.

  • Can the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 be used as a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)?

    Yes, the Jackery E3000 V2 supports UPS mode. When connected to an AC input, it powers devices using grid electricity. In the event of a sudden power outage, it automatically switches to battery mode within 20ms. However, it does not support 0ms switching, so it’s not recommended for sensitive devices, such as data servers.

    Yes, it does. In Bypass Mode, the Jackery E3000 V2 allows for simultaneous AC input charging and AC output to devices. However, during charging, the available output power may be slightly lower than the rated output.

  • How can I perform “scheduled charging”?

  • Do I need to use a conversion adapter when connecting the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 and solar panels?

    Regarding the connection method between the Jackery E3000 V2 and the solar panels: The output cable of the solar panels comes with a conversion adapter. When connecting, the conversion adapter must be installed or removed based on the model of the solar panel. For the following models, the conversion adapter should be removed, and the DC power cable should be directly connected to the portable power station: JS-200D/JS-100F.

    3 panels: A SolarSaga adapter is required. Two panels are combined into one adapter and connected to the main unit.

    4 panels: Two SolarSaga adapters are required. Each adapter connects two panels, and each adapter connects to the main unit.

    Can I mix different models?

    Yes, as long as they have the same maximum output power (for example, all panels are 100W or 200W). You can mix the following models:

    100W panels: JS-100C / JS-100F
    200W panels: JS-200A / JS-200C / JS-200D"

  • Can I mix different Jackery solar panel models or quantities when connecting multiple panels to my Portable Power Station?

    No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

  • Can I charge my power station with solar panels and the car charger at the same time?

    No, these two charging methods cannot be used simultaneously.
