  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C,
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge

  • No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

  • No, these two charging methods cannot be used simultaneously.

Excellent product with fast delivery

Excellent product with fast delivery, an attractive design, and very good build quality and finish. I haven’t used it long enough to properly evaluate the battery’s long-term lifespan yet. However, I compared the actual power consumption with the manufacturer’s specifications, and the measured figures are very close to the stated values. Overall, it appears to perform as advertised and is definitely a product worth considering.

Seriously disappointed

So I order these two items plus another cable .
The cable arrived separately without issue .
The solar generator too arrived separately without issue within days of ordering it then the problems began .
It's now one month and still no solar panel I paid for after twenty emails and all these hollow insincere promises abd apologizes still nothing .
They cannot even tell me when ir why it has arrived . I'm pissed off

Unfortunatly I had not much oportunity to test it, given the big hurricanes and rains we had in Portugal during the last 30 days. I could only practice for a day, and it went very well.
